Qualification

  • Minimum Net worth $250,000 and liquid assets of $50,000
  • Retail space from 1200 to 2000 square feet
  • Must have a customer Service mind set and a focus on quality
  • Previous business, retail or restaurant experience preferred
  • Hands-on franchise partner or owner operated / investor with designated operating partner
  • Lives in community is a plus
  • Unwavering drive to grow sales and customer counts
  • Desire to expand their number of units opened

Franchise Terms

  • $35,000 Franchise Fee
  • 10-year agreement with renewals
  • Initial “all-in” investment range from $400,000 -$490,000
  • Renewal is 25% of initial fee
  • Ad co-op determined by market scale
  • 1.5% spent by franchisee on local marketing
  • Royalty: First 6 months – 0%
  • Next 12 months – 2%
  • And Thereafter At 4%

Expansion Plans

  • Growth through single unit or multi-unit operators
  • New franchisees will be given first right of refusal for any news stores within a 10-mile radius
  • Territories can be held with deposit and specific development plans
  • Area development opportunities available
